Overview
The R-22 Transition Course is designed to safely transition
a helicopter pilot into the Robinson R-22 helicopter.
The course includes instruction in R-22 helicopter performance,
special operating procedures and a review of SFAR 73.
10 hours of flight instruction is required to meet regulatory
requirements for acting as PIC in the R-22.

Hold at least an FAA Private Helicopter Pilot license
Eligibility
Requirements
Hold an FAA private helicopter pilot's license.
Hold at least a third class medical certificate.
