This was an all around great time. Tracy at the front desk was friendly, prompt, and professional. The pilot was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I had my young family with me (their first helicopter ride), and he made them feel comfortable right away. The helicopter was nice, comfortable, and well maintained. This is a really impressive operation. We did the 30 minute trip, because I was worried about how my nice and nephews would react, but they ended up wanting to go longer. Thank you Epic Helicopters! Experience was better than expected! It's like being in a glass elevator with a birds-eye view of the city. We highly recommend Michael as your pilot.
